Art on the Avenue, Avenue’s annual fundraising event for over 20 years, is Houston’s largest silent art auction.

More than 250 local artists contribute pieces of original artwork and handmade jewelry to Art on the Avenue each year. The event takes place over two nights at Winter Street Studios, with the Preview Party on Thursday evening, and the Auction & Party on Saturday evening. Both nights feature culinary treats, beverages, and entertainment, bringing good people together from all over Houston for a good cause.

Patrons can support Avenue’s mission by underwriting the event, buying admission tickets and raffle tickets, and by bidding on art and jewelry items. Volunteers can assist by recruiting sponsors, selling tickets, helping with event set-up and clean-up, bid monitoring during the event, and other tasks. The proceeds from these sales help Avenue strengthen Houston communities and build affordable homes while also supporting the livelihood of local artists.
