Dear Friends of Ascension Catholic School,
We sincerely hope you're all feeling healthy as we continue to navigate these uncharted times. While it was necessary to cancel our 26th Annual Gala, let's not let that keep us from supporting our amazing school! ACS depends heavily on the financial support of families, friends, and parishioners. The Gala event, for the last 5 years has exceeded more than $70,000 each year.
We may not be able to convene in person, but thanks to the power of technology, we can still offer all of the fantastic silent auction items, ranging from our popular classroom baskets to a K-9 training session gifted to us by Sheriff Ivey, to terrific summer useful appliances from our Angel Sponsor, Topline Appliances. In a category of its own, we have bundled many gift certificates from local businesses, be sure to look for Brevard Bargains. Snap them up! And tell grandparents, great aunts, friendly neighbors, whoever to visit our auction.!
A Few Details:
- You can bid online or on the Handbid mobile app, which you can download from the App Store or Play Store.
- All items will be available for pickup on Saturday June 6 between 10 AM and 1 PM, and after the 11:30 Mass on Sunday until 1:30. More specific information will be given at the end of the auction.
- Scroll through the list of our wonderful sponsors and support them. Please thank them, and any business you have in your purchases who have supported our efforts on behalf of ACS.
- The winner of the raffle drawing for Sister Immaculata's painting "Ireland" will take place on Saturday June 6 at 10 AM, and the winner will be notified immediately.
- We cannot offer shipping on items but will hold them for 5 days after the auction ends to set up a special pickup time if needed.

- All Sales are Final. Please note, while we made every effort to contact businesses who gave us items for the auction, we did not always succeed in talking to a real person. Contact each local business or visit their website for operating hours and restrictions.
- Bid on all you can, Remember, it's a win-win you get cool products, experiences, useful certificates and Ascension Catholic School gets needed operational dollars!
While many schools had already had lucky timing with their auctions happening earlier in the year, we can show each other and the world how we can band together, overcome extraordinary situations and support Ascension virtually.
