The Princeton Writing Coach is a highly experienced teacher, writer, and editor who has advised and encouraged hundreds of writers, from young students to professional adults. Meet with the Writing Coach virtually via a collaborative learning app like Zoom. Focus on aspects of writing that matter most to you such as planning, drafting, and revising logically and effectively; connecting with your readers clearly and convincingly; and using grammar, vocabulary, and style correctly and confidently.
Richard Trenner has helped all students he advised last year get into highly selective colleges. Additionally, he has taught writing at Princeton and Rutgers (and has degrees from both universities). He has established and run writing centers for the Princeton School of Public & International Affairs, AT&T Bell Laboratories, Novartis, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Trenner has coached many people with English as a second language. Lastly, Trenner has written for the New York Times, The Washington Post, and has authored/co-authored three books about writing as well as edited some 25 books.
