You and your crew will feel at home in a two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo located on Sunset Point Drive, which is a prime quiet location in Placencia Village. All units have been professionally decorated inside and out with high-end furniture and appliances, all the comforts of home, plus all the amenities you'll need for an amazing beach vacation! Cook up something delicious in the fully-stocked kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill, soak up the sun relaxing on the rooftop as you look out at the Caribbean Sea, relax in the large private pool and take advantage of the amazing 360 degree views and ocean breeze! The condos are perfectly located in Placencia, close enough to walk into town, yet on a private and quiet street without the traffic and noise, typical of most other properties in the Village.

Bordered on one side by a lovely mangrove-lined lagoon and on the other by the Caribbean Sea, Placencia is renowned for having some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. With the look and feel of an island, it's no surprise that Placencia is often described as the "caye (island) you can drive to." On the mainland, nearby attractions include hiking through the vast Cockscomb Basin Nature Reserve (home to some of Central America's last surviving jaguars), learning about native wildlife and plants on a boat trip up the aptly named Monkey River, and touring ancient Maya ruins such as Nim Li Punit and Lubantuum.

Fine Print

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. A minimum 90 day advance reservation is required. Blackout dates are Thanksgiving week and the last 2 weeks of December including Christmas and New Years. Gas coverage for golf cart not included. Roundtrip transfers from Placencia Airport to condo. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Travel is valid for 18 months from date of issue. This condo offers two private bedrooms, each with one king bed. The living room has two twin pullout sleepers for up to two children.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to arrival may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
