Tony's Story:
In high school, Tony Hoffman looked destined for stardom. An excellent BMX racer, he already had several sponsors and a magazine feature. Then it all fell apart. Depression and anxiety led to drug use and a crippling addiction for Tony. He turned to crime and became homeless. Tony ended up in prison after committing a robbery. That’s where he decided to turn his life around. Tony got sober while in prison. Once he got out, he rededicated himself and went on to race BMX professionally. In 2016, Tony accomplished a lifelong dream by coaching BMX pro Brooke Crain to a 4th place finish at the Olympic Games in Rio. Tony now travels the country sharing his powerful story of addiction, homelessness and redemption. He is living proof that anyone can overcome addiction with the right support and determination.
