Description
Being in nature always leaves me in awe and filled with a sense of calm. I live in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains where there is always plenty of inspiration for making art. I was also inspiration from Cathy Geier's book 'Lovely Landscape Quilts' to create this piece. Created with Batiks, hand-dyed and commercial fabrics, rayon and cotton threads.
