Description

This piece memorializes the slaves of the Enloe and Mingus families, buried in the southern part of Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Icons, including coins, stones, and other ephemera, are left on the very small (perhaps less than 18' high) stones. May they rest in peace, and enslavement never be repeated.
