ERHF Heart Gala Auctions


Welcome to the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation Heart Gala and Auction!


There are a few ways you can be a part of this charity fundraiser. You can sponsor, purchase tickets to attend, bid from anywhere, donate items, volunteer, or do a combination! Details on each are below.


Sponsoring:

This allows you to advertise to everyone in attendance. Unable to attend? No problem as there are sponsor options for you. Want to sponsor and attend? No problem as there are options for that too. Some sponsorships include tickets to attend the event and others do not.  See the options by selecting buy tickets (or sponsor).


Buy Tickets:

Each ticket includes a cocktail reception, silent auction, 3-course meal, live auction, paddle raise, and finish with live music, dancing, and dessert. Attire is black tie optional. During the event, you will learn more about our mission and have the opportunity to become our partner in impacting the lives of those affected by Congenital Heart Defects.

*Due to limited space, we advise that you reserve your spot early. RSVP by February 1.

**Due to the nature of this being a charity event, all sales are final and tickets will not be refunded, although someone else can attend in your absence.


Auction:

We're excited to feature both a silent auction and a live auction with one of a kind items. 100% of the money raised in the auctions will go towards supporting heart kids and other donations helps the ERHF to serve their families.


Who may bid?

Bidding on the silent auction items is open to attendees of the Inaugural Heart Gala, as well as friends and supporters of the ERHF. Bidding on the live auction items and paddle raise is limited to only attendees of the event.


When does bidding begin?

You will not be able to preview the items on the auction until the week of the event. Bidding on the silent auction items will begin on Wednesday, February 12th around 9 a.m. and will conclude on Saturday, February 15th, time TBD. Bidding at the live auction will begin following the dinner at the Heart Gala.


How do I bid?

Download the Handbid App to bid using your smart phone or bid online. A credit card is required to be on file in order to register for bidding. ***Please note: At the conclusion of the silent auction, invoices must have an arrangement to be paid or the credit card on file will be charged. You may also choose to pay by check or cash on the evening of the silent auction.


When and where is item pick-up?

For those attending the Heart Gala, items must be picked up before the end of the event (no later than 10:30 p.m.). Alternatively, you can schedule a pickup in upstate SC or pay for shipping by contacting Caitlin Rice at (864) 209-1385.
