By bidding, you agree that you have read all limitations, conditions and restrictions relating to the item being auctioned. By submitting a bid for an item, you are agreeing to pay, and will be held accountable for, the item in the amount of the bid.

Winner must pick up all auction items on Saturday, April 21st between 4 and 6 pm at the Arbonne Experience in the Marquee Ballroom at the MGM Grand. This is the ONLY time items are available for pick up. Winner is responsible for transporting all items purchased.

If you do not pick up your items during this time, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges (including any and all international fees, duties and taxes). You may be entitled to a charitable contribution deduction for the excess of the purchase price of this property over its fair market value, established by independent appraisal. Consult your tax professional for more information. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
