Art Farm Live Stream Celebration

In a year of many unprecedented changes, YoloArts is pleased to announce the 13th annual Art Farm Event on October 10th from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. This year will look a little different from previous Art Farms but will stay true to the beauty of the farmlands and artistic expression.

The Art Farm Live Stream Celebration will include food from Mojo's Kitchen 428 and Savory Café with tasty treats from Nugget Market, Food for Less and Capay Valley Lavender, videos from local artists and farmers, silent auction bidding on the juried art collection, and live music by DJ Char Ramos.

Join us at the Art Farm Live Stream Celebration by purchasing a General Admission Ticket ($75) or a Watch & Bid Ticket ($10).

General Admission $75: Includes individually packed picnic boxes for 2 and opportunity to bid on juried silent auction and watch the Art Farm Live Stream Celebration. (Includes food)

Watch & Bid $10: Includes opportunity to bid on juried silent auction and watch the Art Farm Live Stream Celebration. (Does not include food)

The YoloArts Art Farm Event supports the Art & Ag Project, The Yolo Land Trust and Yolo Farm to Fork. We are excited to creatively connect artists, farmers, and the community to celebrate local arts and farmland in Yolo County.

Let the silent auction bidding begin!

The Juried Silent Auction opens at 12:00pm noon on September 28th and closes on October 10th at 7:45pm.

Download the Handbid app to participate in the silent auction bidding.

Once bidding has closed, the highest bid made will be prompted to pay the winning amount within the Handbid app including an 8% tax. Payment method information will be required to register with Handbid. All sales are final.

Artwork must be picked up in person at Gallery 625, 625 Court Street, Woodland, on Monday, October 12th or Tuesday, October 13th between 9:00am - 1:00pm. Please contact us at ya@yoloarts.org, if you need to pick up your purchase later than the dates listed.

Picnic Box Pick up

Pre-ordered picnic boxes filled with Yolo bites from Mojo's Kitchen 428 and Savory Café with tasty treats from Nugget Market, Food for Less and Capay Valley Lavender are available with a sponsorship, shovel ticket and general admission ticket to enjoy during the Art Farm Live Stream Celebration.

Picnic boxes will be available for pick up at the Gibson House, 512 Gibson Road, Woodland on Saturday, October 10th from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
