Art for the Park is the signature fundraising event for the MPHS Foundation. Money raised through the silent auction online and in person event will go to help support the Foundation's programs and mission.
February 25, 2023 from 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM
BoPlex at Bojangles Coliseum
Supporters 21 and older are invited to join us for an evening of live music, beer, wine, heavy hors d'oeuvres and both silent and live auctions.
We have great artwork from local artists and MPHS students to bid on along with some fabulous non-art items! All silent auction pieces will be available for bidding starting February 18, 2023. At the event, we will also have two exciting Live Auction packages along with a chance to win a MPHS parking pass for the 2023-24 school year.

You all play a critical role in our success and the success of the students. We are incredibly grateful for our Corporate Sponsors, Patrons of the Park and everyone who makes a donation and bids on a piece of art.
THANK YOU!

The Foundation's mission is to enhance the educational experience of Myers Park Students by expanding opportunity, addressing unmet needs and funding innovation. Myers Park High School is a diverse student body that excels in many areas from academics, to the arts and athletics. However, nearly 1000 students are considered to be at risk and do not have the adequate resources for success. They face poverty, homelessness or other incredible social challenges and without the extra support many would not graduate.
Currently, the Foundation's funding provides Communities in Schools social workers and supports Mustangs Matter, an after school initiative that provides underserved students greater access to academic support and enrichment opportunities. In addition, the Foundation supports many Innovation and Mental Health Initiatives at Myers Park so that it remains a model public school in providing opportunity and support for all of its students.
