During the last 31 years over 18,480 adults and children living with the challenges of cancer have received psychological, educational, and social support from Cancer Support Community East Tennessee. We exist to ease the suffering endured by cancer patients and loved ones and help them live well during their cancer journey.

Behind every cancer-related statistic is a story — a patient struggling with the future or a caregiver keeping up a strong front when they really could use a shoulder to cry on. At CSCET, people affected by cancer are able to unite together, under the guidance of trained professionals, to face their diagnosis in a compassionate environment.

CSCET programs complement conventional medical treatment and include support groups, educational workshops on managing cancer, individual and family support sessions, health and wellness classes, and opportunities to connect with others facing cancer. We strive to meet all of the psycho-social needs of patients and families.
