TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Virtual Experience package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Winning bidder to provide three sets of preferred virtual chess lesson dates. A minimum 45 day advance reservation is required. Experience is valid for 18 months from date of issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to scheduled experience date may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
