For the City
NYC lacks safe and accessible spaces for young people to play and be active. CITC, together with our community partners, is dedicated to changing that.
We will do this to ensure youth in every New York City community has access to free CITC soccer programming and a safe place to play, learn, and lead. We will do this with your support. We will do this For the City.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower NYC youth through soccer. Since 2014, CITC has served 30k youth across 60 percent of New York City’s communities through free soccer programming. In that time, we increased access to safe recreation spaces for youth by securing 60 accessible places, including building 50 soccer pitches, across the five boroughs.
In the next five years, we will develop more places for youth to play soccer, and we will keep our promise to deliver free, innovative community soccer programming with our community partners. We will do this to ensure every child in NYC has a safe place to play, learn, and lead. Let’s do it together. Let’s do it For the City.
