Take your climbing to the next level, whether you're a beginner or a pro, with both this year-long online training program AND nutrition consultation. This year long online Training Program is for route climbers of all abilities. It’s designed for people who don’t have all day to train, with workouts maxing out at about 2 hours. You’ll train every aspect of route climbing or bouldering in your 3 workouts every week, cycling through 6-week phases. Exercises are accompanied by videos so that you know how to perform them correctly. Programs are designed by Kris Peters of Denver, one of the top climbing trainers in the U.S. who has worked with many pros.
About the nutrition consultation: Neely Quinn is a local climber, nutritionist and entrepreneur. She works with athletes who want to train better, people who want to lose weight, people with questions about food sensitivities, people with digestive issues and anyone who just wants to eat well. She will work with you to change your diet in a sustainable way and individualize a nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
