GHS is proud of our Farm to Table Curriculum that includes growing produce in our EARTH garden program, and the teaching of culinary and hospitality skills. Partake in the results of our passion for experiential learning by having our Chef and students cater a four-course meal for 12 people in the Gourmet "living kitchen" at the Eco Serendib Villa.

Green efforts extend beyond the property border as well with our Beach Restoration Project and leadership role in advancing recycling on-island.
