A lightning arrester with (1) two-hour installation by an electrician from Angel Electric, Inc. The device is put in the main panel of the residence if there is enough room in the panel. This is a single use device, if the house is hit by a lightning strike or big surge from WAPA, it sacrifices itself and will need to be replaced.
