Villa Copa is the perfect private escape located in the prestigious Boatman Point neighborhood. Enjoy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, with St Croix to the south, Ram Head and Ditleff Point to the east, and St Thomas to the west.

The main living area has a large sectional with a 75" flat screen TV, a spacious kitchen and a dining table that seats 8. With several glass doors to access the top patio, you always have views of the ocean. The main level also has a laundry room, and two bedrooms, both with king beds and en suite. The master has a private patio, outdoor shower and flat screen TV as well.

Down the spiral staircase to the lower level, are two more bedrooms, both with queen beds and en suite. One of the bedrooms has a kitchenette complete with coffee maker and hotplate. The other bedroom has an outdoor shower. The gym is also located on the lower level which has a flat screen TV, treadmill, weight machine, kettlebells, yoga mats, balance ball, battle rope and resistance equipment.
