Description
The Bubble Room brings together two accomplished artists – Executive Chef Carl Shelton and Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock. With the bounty of Sonoma County as his muse. Chef Carl uses ingredients and techniques to create five courses of food and wine pairings to showcase Nicole’s wines. Each menu tells a different story of the relationship between our varietal and sparkling wines and locally sourced ingredients. Eight guests will be treated to a world-class hospitality experience as the expert staff in the J Bubble Room delights and educates with each pairing
