Helping Restore Ability is a non-profit in Arlington, Texas that serves Texans with disabilities. As the largest nonprofit in Texas providing independent living services, Helping Restore Ability assists individuals and families of all ages by providing personal care attendant services to help the child or adult remain as independent as possible so they may continue to live in their homes, go to school and/or work, and most importantly to maintain their independence and dignity. Helping Restore Ability envisions a future in which no Texan with a disability lacks the resources to live a full and independent life.

By raising $50 HRA is able to provide a full day of support for a child or adult with a disability, $250 provides care for a person with daily medical needs, $500 provides two weeks of care for a child with Cerebral Palsy, and by raising $1,000 Helping Restore Ability is able to enroll a disabled child or adult in a lifetime of services valued at an average of $650,000 per client.
