Enjoy this bundle of Myo Lean Piedmontese ground beef knowing that it is from cattle raised in small groups south of Battle Creek. They have been in spacious pastures and pens and have not been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones. This beef is produced from whole muscle cuts and not trimmed from hundreds of animals which increases the likelihood of ecoli contamination. 

Because of the 95% leanness, there is no need to pour off fat when preparing for tacos, spaghetti, sloppy joes, meatloaf, casseroles, chili, meatballs, etc. You may need to mix ¼ cup cold water to 1lb. of this beef to form and hold patties together for grilling.
