Items are purchased "as-is" or "as-presented" by the respective donors and/or service providers, and as such, any claims of liability shall be presented to the respective donor and/or service provider. Any property purchased shall be removed from the auction site (or arrangements made) upon payment of the winning bid. All sales are final."
