Close walking distance to all the best attractions including the Central Emporium, Arnold’s Park Amusement Park, the Greenspace with concerts and other events, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, along with weekly fireworks, can be viewed from the large wrap around deck and private dock. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a walk-out lower level with a Tiki Bar.  

Bedrooms: Main floor, one king bed, one queen sofa sleeper, one twin sleeper

Upstairs: One room with 2 twin beds, another room with bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)

Lower level: One bedroom with queen bed, plus queen sofa sleeper

*The June weeks run Sunday - Sunday. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.
