Manor Hill Brewing: Manor Hill IPA comes from Howard County’s first farm brewery Manor Hill Brewing, a family-owned brewery from Ellicott City started in 2015. This aroma forward India Pale Ale showcases the versatile Mosaic hop. Tropical fruit, berry and citrus aromas completely dominate the nose. Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops combine to round out the hop bill and display a firm hoppy backbone that is accompanied by Vienna, Flaked Oats and Pale malts for balance. A heavy dose of Mosaic in the dry hopping provides you with a juicy hop punch that finishes slightly dry.

Boordy Vineyards: Located in the heart Long Green Valley in Baltimore County, Boordy Vineyards’ grapevines stretch over the hills and across the valley. They pride themselves in their rich Maryland history dating back to 1945. Their chardonnay is well-balanced, clean and crisp with distinctive aromas of lemon zest & keylime pie. Its subtle yet complex flavor profile is created by blending several clones of chardonnay that we grow in our two estate vineyards - Long Green and South Mountain. Boordy ferments and ages their Chardonnay in stainless steel and the wine is allowed to rest on its yeast lees for several months to add suppleness to its flavor.

Lyon Rum Saint Michaels: Woman-owned Lyon Rum is the flagship spirit of Windon Distilling Company, located in Saint Michaels, Maryland, steps from the Chesapeake Bay. Lyon Rum starts with intentionally-sourced raw ingredients: 100% Louisiana cane sugar & molasses, and is truly hand-crafted – mashed, fermented, and double-distilled in small pot stills – every step of the way, resulting in a wonderfully unique final product.

Named after the trailblazers who first colonized Maryland in 1634, this traditional whiskey carries a deep and rich aroma, heavy on the caramel and vanilla which offers ample sweetness and creamy texture thanks to the pronounced corn notes.
