Dr. Erlantz Hyppolite is Executive Director of Fonkoze USA. Erlantz is a passionate cross-cultural communicator and advocate for Haitian culture, and he is fluent in French, Kreyol, and English. He has over 10 years experience of management and technical experience leading local to national interventions and strategies in Haiti, in education, the arts, and health, most recently with the Artist's Institute. He is a great-great-grandson of Florvil Hyppolite, Haitian president in the late 1800s, to whom he bears a strong resemblance. He lived in Haiti until mid-2020 and keeps strong connections to the country.  HTF has been a partner with Fonkoze's Chemen Lavi Miyò (CLM) since it's inception and has sponsored over 900 CLM families.



Jean Kensle Figaro, PMP is a native of Port au Prince, Haiti with 7 years' experience in International Development, recently graduated from Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU earning his master's degree in Global Management. Figaro serves on HTF's International Leadership Team and is passionate about sustainable change in Haiti. Always involved in initiatives to make change, he is a co-creator of GOUD TECH (a FinTech mobile app). Figaro is an alumnus of the Haitian Education and Leadership Program (HELP) scholarship program in Haiti. While a HELP student, he served as head of marketing for an alumni initiative to raise $40k to provide university scholarships for current students. He created and hosted an online career show in Haitian Creole language, targeting young professionals and students as a way to pay forward the support he received as a student.
