BAYONA was opened in 1990 by Regina Keever and James Beard Foundation Award Winning Chef Susan Spicer. Located in a 1769 Creole cottage in the heart of the romantic FRENCH QUARTER, 430 Dauphine St., New Orleans.

Their mission is to provide excellent fine dining in a comfortable and casual setting. Bayona and Chef Susan have gained world wide recognition for their award winning food and hand curated selection of fine wines and spirits.
