Sip and Sail DC offers seafood and charcuterie reception-style packages and partners with our local restaurateurs to bring you a seamless and meaningful beverage experience.

The Vessel

Cru Classé is an elegant 2016 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 469 (47 feet) sailing yacht from the design cabinet of Philippe Briand. Cru Classé provides stylish comfort with incredible accommodations to evoke lasting memories.

About Your Host 

With over 30 years of hospitality experience, from boutique hotels to Michelin Star-awarded restaurants, Troy Knapp has had the opportunity to emerge in a world of creating experiences with meaningful purpose. The offerings he has curated are an embodiment of his passion for all things water, wine, and cuisine. We look forward to hosting you on your new venture aboard Cru Classé, where we'll take to picturesque waters for an exploration of the senses.

Reservation for the recipient, based on availability from June 15th - October 15th, 2022, excludes weekends and holidays
