Welcome to the charming and beautiful town of Breckenridge! Located in beautiful Summit County, Colorado. Location! Location! Location! This condo is situated within walking distance of the gondola, bus route, and downtown. If you visit during ski season, ski down Four O’clock Run and walk back to the condo! Whether you enjoy skiing , snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating , cross country skiing, sledding, sleighrides, hiking, biking, mountain biking , sailing and boating in the summer months, great shopping and dining, or just need a nice place to relax for the weekend. This condo is it! Enjoy neighboring areas such as Silverthorne, Frisco, Copper Mountain, ABasin, and Keystone. Vail/Beavercreek is not too far away either and makes a great day trip any season of the year. Daily shuttles are available from Denver International Airport if you will be flying in rather than driving. I can also arrange a private driver if you prefer. Once in Breckenridge there is public transportation and is the preferred way to enjoy your stay! Breckenridge is the host to many events and festivals year round and is very family friendly. This condo is not the newest or the biggest one on the block but has so much to offer in other ways. Newly updated interior! Come explore and stay with us!

Other things to note
Please prepare when you come to Breckenridge and Colorado and are from a place that has a lower altitude. Until you get acclimated please drink at least 2 8 oz. glasses of water an hour . Take it easy on the alcohol and exercise for the first day or so. Not everyone gets altitude sickness but if you do you will feel flu like symptoms and may experience dizziness. And get plenty of rest when you first arrive. The altitude may intensify the effect of alcohol, as well. The best thing is to do things in moderation for the first few days to see how your body reacts to the altitude. Please remember your sunscreen as well. Once again you are that much closer to the sun because of the altitude and snow is a great reflector especially on beautiful sunny days in Colorado.
