TVMF 40th Anniversary Auction!
The Rainer Crüe invites you to take a step back to the days of metal bands and big hair. Shake the dust off your leg warmers, muscle shirts and leopard-print leggings, and join us for the party of the year in honor of Incoming TVMA President Aaron Rainer, DVM and the 40th Anniversary Silent Auction benefitting the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation.
This year, TVMF is celebrating 40 years of service to the veterinary profession and the people and pets of Texas. Our goal is to raise $40,000 to support veterinary students with awards and grants, provide emergency financial assistance to veterinarians through Disaster relief grants, and improve the lives of pets and owners alike by partnering with Meals on Wheels to offer the TVMF PALS program which provides free veterinary care to pets belonging to low-income, homebound clients of Meals on Wheels in Austin, Dallas, Bryan/College Station and Houston.
We have mega-fun planned for all who attend. You will be entertained by the one and only The Spazmatics! They have all the awesome sounds, styles and way-cool dance steps from the ‘80s we’d love to forget.
The Spazmatics recapture the best and the worst of the ‘80s with creative flair and style that make for an evening of pure energy and entertainment. Along with music by these nutty guys, we offer you a chance to play nostalgic arcade games such as Galaga, Donkey Kong and Pac-Man, tag a digital graffiti wall, visit our ‘80s styling bar, watch multitudes of big-hair band music videos on our MTV video wall and much, much more!
