Every year, we revel in the success of the Red-Tailed Hawks Youth Program and celebrate Future Thrust Award honorees for their efforts to Thrust young people into their Futures. The Future Thrust Awards honor individuals for outstanding service to others and focuses on those that offer a hand-up to the generations that follow them via youth programs, education and career development.

Help us empower youth to pursue aerospace careers! 

The evening will include a reception for our honorees, dinner and dancing. Come ready to participate in a dessert dash, raffle and silent auction.

All funds raised will support the Red-Tailed Hawks mission to introduce underserved and underrepresented youths to the world of aviation, engage their minds in practical applications of STEM, ground them in history, inspire them towards aerospace related career paths and help them learn to fly.
