Welcome

THE ANNUAL PS 150 SPRING AUCTION

Saturday, April 29, 2023

6:00 – 10:30 PM

Hosted at Leman Ballroom, 41 Broad Street , NY 10004

This festive evening commences with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a silent auction, followed by desserts and live auction, and culminates with a lively dance party. We have a lot to celebrate this year as PS 150 moved to the new location and welcomed new families to our community, and it will be our first time hosting this event in the one and only Leman Ballroom.

ALL proceeds raised benefit PS 150 Assistant Teacher Program. This means that every grade has an opportunity to have an assistant teacher in their classrooms to help your children reach their academic goals and receive more individualized attention. We hope you'll come support the cause and we look forward to celebrating our community together on April 29th, 2023.

FAQs:

Can't join us in person on Saturday? ... You can still participate in the Silent Auction & Teacher Experience Drawing!

• Register as a remote bidder for a small $25 fee. You can enter all your details and gain access to the silent auction - bid throughout the night with us from your couch. If you win a physical item, we'll arrange a pick-up plan with you in the days following the auction.

• You can also participate in the teacher experience drawing by purchasing tickets PRIOR TO 5:30 pm on Sunday (filter by PS150 Teacher Drawings and you can buy single tickets for $8 or six tickets for $40) . Your physical tickets will be added to the appropriate drawing box on Monday by a member of the auction committee. We will complete the drawing at School in the week following the auction.

• Lots of passed hors d'oeuvres (with vegetarian and gluten free options available)

• Complementary Open Bar

Tell me about the Teacher Experiences Drawing

• Our wonderful teachers are donating their time and want to spend it with your kids. This is a ticketed drawing, meaning you are purchasing a chance to win a certain experience.

• This is a fun way to participate in the auction at a lower price point with the chance of winning a unique one on one experience for your child with their favorite teacher or staff member.

• If you're at the event, we'll provide you with physical tickets to be dropped into a lottery box. If you're not at the event, a member of the auction committee will do this part for you after you've purchased your tickets online (this must be completed before the auction is closed).
