Description

On May 7th, 2012, the Children's Advocacy Center of Kennebec and Somerset counties conducted its first child forensic interview. Since opening its doors, more than1,800 victims of child sexual abuse have utilized services offered by the CAC, seeking healing and justice for victims of abuse.

After each interview, the child is allowed to put their handprint on the wall using the color of their choice of latex paint. These are truly "Hands of Courage."
