Art of Giving Fundraising Gala

Tri Arts Project (TAP) is hosting its inaugural Art of Giving Fundraising Gala on October 14, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Barn at Rancho Vaya Con Dios. Put on your best western duds for an evening of auctions, art, dinner, and fun at a truly special venue.


Valet parking awaits you as you arrive at the Barn. You will enter the event through a door in the full-scale replica of a 1950’s gas station. Once inside you’ll find yourself in an old-time diner for check-in. After check-in, you’ll walk into the room where stunning vintage cars surround the artistic and enticing silent auction. Cocktails are provided while you make your bids.


When it’s time for the buffet dinner provided by Flying Horse catering, you’ll find your designated seat in the charmingly restored Barn. During dinner we will provide you with more information regarding Tri Arts Project’s vision. The evening will finish with more opportunities to support a center for the arts in Castle Rock.


Tickets for the gala are only available until October 6. Please be sure that you and your guest download the Handbid app prior to arriving at the gala. Handbid is how guest will bid on auction items. This will also make the registration at the door of the event go smooth and quickly.


Tri Arts Project’s mission is to establish an inclusive center for the arts where artists, educators, students, and community members are welcome to tap into their creativity and develop new friendships by creating, teaching, presenting, and appreciating all forms of art.
