Welcome to the online registration page for the 2023 CHADS Illumination Gala! We're excited to spend an evening celebrating the many successes of our organization with you, while raising critical support for our programs. Here you have the option of purchasing a table of 10 OR individual tickets. Due to high demand and a limited number of seats available, we highly recommend reserving an entire table for your party instead of having each member purchase tickets.
