Ivory Hopkins

Ivory Hopkins, a student at Northeastern Illinois University, proposes the Academic Connection Experience (A.C.E) program to support adolescents and their families receiving mental health care at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System. The A.C.E program aims to help participants manage academic and environmental stressors through interactive health educational group sessions and individual consultations. By focusing on improving well-being and enhancing family communication, the program seeks to ensure a successful return to school after hospitalization. Ivory seeks to raise $500 for art supplies and workshop activities to facilitate these interactive group sessions.
