Sara Ruiz

Sara Ruiz, an MPH student at Loyola University of Chicago, will work with Erie Family Health Centers to increase awareness of intimate partner violence (IPV) among Erie patients. Sara plans to lead workshops on Healthy Relationships and aspires to create regular support group meetings for individuals experiencing IPV. Her project aims to increase awareness of IPV and empower survivors by providing hope, education, and resources for action. Sara seeks to raise $500 for participant incentives, including gift cards, tote bags, and other supplies for safety planning.
