Located in Coral Bay, 10 guests will enjoy a 7-night stay between June 1 - November 15, 2025, with the exception of June 29th to July 7th. A $300 cleaning fee will be due at the time of the reservation.

Sunnyside is a 2-story home that sleeps up to 10 guests.

Each floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, large living area, wrap around porch, TV, Wi-Fi, gas grill, washer and dryer access, and access to both floors via an outdoor staircase. The upstairs sleeps up to 6 guests via 2 king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa and has 2 bathrooms. The downstairs sleeps up to 4 guests via 1 king bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa and has 1 bathroom. This villa is perfect for 2 families that are traveling together but want their own spaces.
