Villa Bijou features 3 King Suites, 3 1/2 baths, full a/c, a lovely pool and sundeck, is freshly painted throughout, all new appliances, beautiful furnishings, with native stonework throughout. The Living room and dining area are on the entry level and offer sweeping views. Each area is furnished with truly comfortable sofas and chairs. The great room consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen with sliding glass doors that give the home a complete open-air living and great breezes make for cool tropical living. Close all the sliding glass doors and the great room is air conditioned. There are ceiling fans throughout giving the home additional air flow.

The Large gourmet kitchen has everything a serious cook could want with gorgeous granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and tons of counter space. All new appliances make this home perfect! The adjacent "Palm Deck" has BBQ and seating for lounging and dining.

Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap for shower, dish soap, dishwasher soap laundry detergent, softener are supplied as well as beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels and linens! Bring your sunshade - beach umbrellas are getting ready to be banned - to save the turtle nests in the National Park.
