Northlands Rescue Mission

Welcome to Northlands Rescue Mission. Thank you for taking a few moments to learn more about the work we do! Since 1942, we’ve reached out with God’s love to men and women who are experiencing homelessness and seeking a hand up from their desperate situations. Many lost their livelihoods because of decades of addiction. Others could no longer support themselves when job opportunities dried up. Still more are victims of broken or abusive relationships that forced them from their homes. We’re here for all of them, because people like you care. As you explore our website, you’ll learn how donations from individuals, churches and businesses are at work providing a vital continuum of care. First, we “rescue” clients from the streets by providing the essentials of food, clothing and shelter. Through our ministry of “rebuilding” we offer case management and access to resources they need to build stable lives. Finally, with life-skills classes and training, we begin to see their life “restored” to being productive and independent members of the community. Our ministry also includes community meals for community members in need, and food programs for struggling families and their children. Most important, we share God’s Word with all who come through our doors, and provide the opportunity to allow Him to transform their lives. Thank you again for your interest in our ministry.
