Lindsay Daniel, known as a long established and widely respected Charlotte, NC architect, decided in 2020 to refocus her career and return to fine art painting. Lindsay's journey is a continuation of her craft, blending honed skills from each chapter of her life to find new expression. Lindsay is a process artist but bends away from that angle when materials and methods demand it and where positive dynamics can be gained. This give and take approach with each art piece supports Lindsay's theme, subtly weaving together representations and abstractions of forms. She considers the use of many elements of design (viewing angle, focus, color, composition, etc) to find the images' best voice to communicate these relationships. 2021 was Lindsay's first juried exhibition with "Justice & Beauty" by South End Arts - Charlotte, NC.
