I began painting with Andy Braitman of Braitman Studios in 2003 because I was drawn to learn how to create beauty. I have attended workshops with Cape Cod artists Cedric and Joanette Egeli, travelled and painted in Brantome, France with Connie Winters in the fall of 2007, participated in an oil portrait sketch class with Miriam Durkin (2009, 2012), attended a figure and portrait workshop with Stephen Early (2010) and a palette knife workshop with Angela Nesbit (2011). My work is exhibited at Rutledge Street Gallery in Camden SC, Tyler White Gallery in Greensboro NC and the StudioWorks Artist Collective, Charlotte, NC.
