Welcome
Valley of the Arts (VOTA) dinner and auction is BVEF's biggest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds from this adults-only evening benefit our district-wide art, music and dance programs your student received during the regular school day. This is a great opportunity to meet other district parents while enjoying a night out without the kids.

WHAT IS VOTA RAISING MONEY FOR?
All the proceeds from this event go right back to the students of Bennett Valley Union School District. BVEF is an all-volunteer, parent-run organization that funds 100% of the district's art, music, and dance programs, including instructor salaries. BVUSD does not receive state funding for the arts which means all of the arts enrichment programs your child participates in at school are made possible through these fundraising efforts. This year BVEF funded:
- Art lessons for every class
- Dance lessons for every class
- Music appreciation for every class
- Art docent program
- Odyssey of the Mind fees
- Strawberry beginning and advanced band
- Strawberry Gleagles Chorus
- Community events like Movie Night, Parade O' Pumpkins and Hello Summer
